Columbia Counselling Health & Safety Procedures:

 

• We ask that you stay home and reschedule your appointment  or request a virtual appointment if you are experiencing any symptoms of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, including coughing, sneezing, runny nose, sore throat, shortness of breath or fatigue. In these situations, the cancellation fee will be waived if it is less than 24hrs notice.

• We ask that you check with your counsellor if you have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.

• We ask that you use hand sanitizer (provided) upon entering and leaving the office.

 

Counsellor Responsibilities:
